Jordan Wild is a Photographer and Photo-Editor studying at Manchester Metropolitan University. Their work explores performative photography through portraiture to challenge certain subjects many have stated opinions on: Patriarchy, LGBTQ+ Rights, Disabilities, and more. They also document the world around us and go beyond the ordinary within the mundane to emphasise that there is more than what meets the eye.
Wild started their journey of photography during secondary school where they learnt the basics of the camera, and feel in love with the idea of making a photo into a form of art. They continued their love for photography throughout their education, and developed may more skills; making acquaintances on the way who also shared that passion. They persist, everyday, to make and create something that will capture societies eye in hopes like-minded people will appreciate their style.
